Okay, I was having a conversation on Facebook with a junior colleague of mine. It was quite a lovely conversation, a topic that I have not converse with nobody about for a long time.
Imagine a conversation that lasted from mid morning up untill this evening. It was quite an interesting discussion, and I love her perspective. It got so nice that I am currently thinking of making her my girlfriend already. Haha, thank goodness she's not here in hive.
What were we talking about about? You may ask! Welp, what else? If not love! You see, have actually closed that chapter of my life, but then, this lady has quite a nice perspective.
in today's world, most people do love because of what they stand to gain. What their benefits will be, is the major reason why they decide to date a particular person. Where do you stay? What work do you do? How much money you make? How many sexual positions can you pose in? How long can you have coitus without saying that you're tired? These are the major things people tend to put in the back of their mind before going into any relationship.
I wouldn't say I don't blame them, but then, in this life we live, your possessions and financial capacities, gives you a golden ticket to achieve almost everything in life. Tsk, it sucks, but it is what it is.
Most of us, maybe even you reading this post, have battled with love and got hurt, but what can we say? It is what. Just buckle up and try not to turn to the bast they want to make you.
