Hello everyone and welcome to my post.
It's a new day, blessed with a cool breeze, and this gives another opportunity to reach thr desired goal.
Though the heat of last night was intense, I am happy to receive a cooler morning.
About two weeks ago, I was opportune to visit the prison. I am at the stage of life where different illegal and violent thoughts enter into my head.
Forgiving is hard talk more of forgetting. My head always wants to get revenge in a gruesome manner.
Based on this, I decided to show my self the implications of the stupid things that its thinking of.
When I got to the prison, I went through the necessary security process. They collected every electronic device I was holding, even my earpod but not my wrist watch though.
I was allowed to enter afterwards and I went to see the warden. He briefed my on what to do and how to go about it which I did.
Afterwards, I was allowed to see how the prisoners were.
Hunger was their best friend as I never left their stomach. Malnourishment was there but not that obvious. All inmates were just begging for money. The sight was something else and honestly, prison is a place I will never visit. Not in this life or the next (if there is any).
I am naturally scared of being confined in a place. I love my freedom and will not trade it for anything.
After seeing this, the thought immediately left my head. I went back home and got enough rest.
The prison was somewhat littered though and I considered cleaning it but yo, that's a prison. Hehe.
