There's this satisfaction that comes with getting exactly what you ordered, especially through online shopping, where you can't even feel the texture of what you are buying but only through the customs reviews or perhaps a good review from a trusted vendor. One thing I know about myself is that I so much love shopping, and I love it more when I shop for quality products, making me get in return the value of my money spent.
This is why I take my time to check through products and ask questions before making a purchase; however, I have not always been lucky, no matter how careful I claim to be. There have been items I purchased in the past that made me feel very satisfied with them, and the one I bought also that I regretted so much, both through online shopping 🛒🛍️
The hang bag you see above is one of those items I purchased online that gave me great satisfaction. There are some vendors that are so truthful with their business. They are good at telling their customers exactly how it is with each product, so transparent kind of vendors, and whenever I jam such beings, I stay with them as long as I still need their products. This particular vendor obviously wasn't so much after profit but after customer satisfaction and future transactions. She took her time to explain to me all about the different kinds of handbag I asked for, what to expect, and the kind of quality it is.
Fortunately, I have been super satisfied with this product. The bag appears small but can contain sizeable items I need while going out. This was one of my concerns prior to purchase, but I was cleared of this doubt by the vendor. And then the quality is top-notch. It's been 4 years since I started using this bag without peeling; can you imagine that? A bag I bought for $5? I also love how portable the bag is with such a nice color. The nude color is great with every outfit, as you can see below.
Overall, everything about this product I shopped online has been exceptional and satisfactory.
However, I had a bad experience with human hair I purchased online as well. It was a pure phrase of "what I ordered vs. what I got.". To be frank, I am super ashamed to present the picture before you guys here. You know, buying good hair requires that you understand the texture and not necessarily the name. Nowadays, there are too many inferior products with the same brand name. All these copycat companies produce rubbish with people's brand names. I was shown a beautiful image of this human hair, and it got me attracted to the point that I paid immediately to avoid hearing sold out. I had no idea that the hair wasn't of the original quality. When the dispatch rider brought the hair to my home, I checked the texture and nearly shed tears. It was like a sponge; that's how best to describe this hair. I didn't know this vendor physically, and to my greatest chagrin, she refused refunding my money.
Sadly, I spent much on that hair, and till date, it has been one useless item I have in my wardrobe; it's just too annoying to discard it; it should be in the bin by now, lolz.
Overall, it was a lesson at the same time, as I don't pay ahead of purchasing certain items anymore, especially the one that requires that I physically check the quality of the material prior to making payments.

Hehe. I can't say too much about hair as I have no knowledge about it.
In rare cases, I order online and I think I can count the number of how many things I ordered from online.

Online shopping is mostly for convenience or whatever I find it difficult to get what I want in the Mary market...I have tested both the good and the bad side of it
That's also right. In my case, 2 products were super good and very cheap but the earbuds were not good. Thankfully there were refund options for it.
That bag is fine, and to think that it's been four years with no sign of peeling, that is awesome.
I wish all vendors would be honest like that, but it's not possible.
It's not just possible to have many vendors remain honest like this one...I am just so lucky 🥰
4yrs and the handbag still looks brand new; wow!
I can only imagine how ugly the hair looks for you not to post it here 😂. Hair is one thing I don't purchase online unless you're sure of who you're getting it from.
I've had my own share of these from online vendors, so I always try my best to go to the market no matter how lazy I feel 😂
Hahaha 😂😂...that hair eeh
Is sponge 🧽 not hair.. rubbish people everywhere 🤣
wow nkem you buy branded bags ! I see we have a hidden whale. For me, I think to avoid any problems i'd buy anything expensive in person and cheap stuff online would be fine. If there's any issues with the expensive stuff it could be problematic like shipping back vs going back to the store bought it from etc
Hahaha 😂😂, which whale...a fish 🐟 like me ..lol
I think you are making sense here, like buying expensive things physically looks safer
o.o no no you not a fish .
Yes haha I'm a logical person xD. I hope it makes sense
That's the main issue about ordering something online. There is almost always an issue and the one that is very common is the shoe part. You can order for size 43 and they will bring you size 39 or even 44 which is usually very annoying. Most times I prefer to buy my thing where I can check it out, pay physically and get it immediately.
Yea..I also had show size issues in the past...it hard to get this shopping online in peace but at least I have few nice experience
