GAMBLING FOR SOCIAL AND ENTERTAINMENT REASON

There are different reasons why people participate in different activities based on choice and experiences. In this life,choice is one virtue that people have as their own personal lifestyle as it allows you to do things that you believe as a human is either right or wrong, now the problem of choice is that it can either be negative or have positive impact on a person's life. Many people have made choices that have favored them in one way or the other and others have made choices that have not favored them. Hence, making them participate in doing bad things that ends up having consequences that they cannot handle.

In other words, the concept of gambling is a matter of choice for an individual to make. while some people engage in gambling for different reasons such as a social activity, a form of entertainment, to earn money, to prove superiority and so on, We are all aware that gambling that involves the risk of spending a lot of money or properties can have negative effects on the person especially the loser. The effect of gambling can lead to addiction, financial issues or mental breakdown. Although, I have not had a major experience in high risk gambling such as what they do in the casinos but with what we see in movies it is a bit dangerous and risky.

I am of the belief that people should do whatever makes them happy or give them pleasure because life is too short. However, we have to know that the decisions or choices we make can either impact our lives positively or negatively. I engaged in gambling just for the fun of it and I can relate it with the Social and entertaining aspects of life. I call it low risk gambling because it has to do with small amounts of money which we bet on just to make a game interesting and engaging amongst my friends and family. Gambling is really not all about spending money. I remember one time my brother and I were playing a game of cards and we had a lot of Fried Chicken at home, so we delegated our portions equally and we used it to spice up the game and the boring afternoon and it was interesting. So as you can see it was a low risk kind of gambling.

Some people have lost lots and lots of money and properties by engaging in high risk gambling such as betting placing in Casino, football games, truth or dare and so on. It's so bad that even people that are supposed to be managing their finances end up spending their life savings on betting for football matches. One I experienced recently was a guy who was of the belief that he was going to win a game but unfortunately the team disappointed and he lost a whole lot of money. Some people have been made to suffer major mental breakdown all in the name of gambling while some have succeeded in making lots of money from the same gambling.

In all, I believe people should do whatever pleases them but they should bear in mind that consequences arise based on their decisions and choice. This is why they Advice people to engage in such activities as investing in cryptocurrency betting and what ever with monies that would not affect their savings.
