An Unplanned Day Off And Cleaning 21/01/2025

Making plans can be quite funny sometimes. It doesn't go the way you have it in your mind to be. In some cases you just have to go with the flow. Today is one of those days you just go with whatever you get. This was me early this morning planning how I'm going to get to work early as I can, get my hands on anything and start getting busy. Well everything was going as planned, I finished all my chores, got prepared and headed out.

Surprising, I even left home earlier than I usually do because this is my fight day of work this year so of course I had to be early. I was already feeling proud of myself for sticking to the routine I had already set out the previous day. Fast forward to when I was almost close to the office, I started getting texts from my colleagues that we were supposed to receive an official email stating when we are supposed to resume. To make matters worse, none of them said they were coming so it'll be basically just me there?

I definitely didn't want to be the only one at the office so yeah, change of plans. Thankfully I was close to my sister's house, so I made my way there. The only thing I regret is having to trek all the way from my house to find some means of transportation. But somehow I was happy to have had another day off, to complete some pending projects and have a little rest too. I also the time to pick up some trash around my sister's house after I must have had some rest. Today wasn't exactly what I planned but it was a good day any way.
