When I was in high school, I offered many courses both the elective and the mandatory ones. My school mates often called me “Jacker” because only the smart and intelligent students often offered both elective and mandatory courses. One of the courses I offered was Business Management. This subject was aimed at exposing us students to every information, ethics, skills and knowledge needed for a better relationship when it comes to buying and selling as well as entrepreneurship.
One thing I was taught and will never forget is the definition of Production which is defined as the creation of goods and services to meet consumers “satisfaction”.
The key word here is SATISFACTION. I was taught that if a product or service does not satisfy the consumer as it's supposed to, then production isn't complete.
I decided to talk about this because I'm a victim of the lack of satisfaction of goods and services delivered to me by many producers/service givers. Let me begin with the mifi I bought from advertisers of the product. Back then when I concluded my secondary education before I got a job to sustain myself and pass time, I often had a lot of fun times with my school mates. One of our biggest engagements then was playing online games like Call of Duty, Mortal Kombat and the rest. But we had one challenge which was poor network connection.
One day while I was returning from Plaza, I saw advertisers of electronic gadgets approaching my direction. One of them met me and displayed their products.
One of the products she had with her was a mifi. I knew my friends and I needed that mifi for a smoother game play. So I asked her about the battery life and everything about the product and she told me everything is intact and working very well. I paid and got the mifi. I haven't used this mifi for a month now and it has begun to develop battery issues that when it's fully charged, it drains in less than an hour. The battery is now weak and can't serve me unless I deploy the strategy of “charge-and-use” which I know would “murder” the battery the most. It's one of the products I've got that's below my expectations.
Last week or so, while I was returning from a short ride around town. I came across a large-width joggers with a red design at the side. I loved the joggers and I had to buy it. When I got home, I washed and dried it, took it to my wardrobe and hung it there. This morning when I wanted to go see a friend, I remembered the new joggers and I decided to rock it on.
After putting on the joggers and stepping out, I wanted to put my phone in my pocket only to discover that the joggers had no side pockets, only small back pockets that could barely hold a pin. I never expected such a nice looking dress to have no side pockets.
The only product I have ever ordered online that met my exception was my recently purchased power bank. Since the general transformer which supplies electricity to my region suffered an expensive breakdown, powering our gadgets at home has been a day job. So to help myself to be consistent on hive and to make sure my gadgets are active, I had to buy a power bank. The power bank charges fast and lasts as long as it should.
In conclusion, I would say that it's only 25% of my ordered or purchased products that have gone below my expectations the rest are good.

This is quite a lot to digest cause its actually true. Thank you for the mention brother, it will be an honor to participate.
Sorry to hear of the things you bought that were not what you expected them to be. It's disappointing especially when an item was advertised to be good but in reality, it isn't.
Abeg don't complain on the picket less jogger. Haven't you heard that the latest iPhones don't come with charger?😂
