Glorious Countryside

Hail to the Hive!

I enjoyed messing around and comparing the colour, monochrome and colour splash photos on here the other day Inwas hungry for more so today I took these on the way to emptying our toilet. Amazing views of the Leicestershire countryside as I go to empty yjrnloo!

The black and white I particularly like of these first three comparison shots.

And the splash colour one has a nice vine to it also.

With the second photo I have no particular stand out favourite.

I think in colour, black and white

And splash shot, it works equally well.

And in the 3rd shot the colour images really do convey the warm, beautiful summer scenery very well but….

The black and whites just have a depth and mood to them that make them stand out. I really like the 1st and 3rd monochrome shots.

And the splash colour works really well too in this shot.

Seeing as how this community is aimed at presenting images in both colour and black and white, which of these is your pickmof the bunch? Let me know as I always respond to comments on my posts. I love the engagement.

I actually like the first photo best. It looks so summery, and I like the way the tree and the fence frame the picture.

Yup i saw the tree and fence and field beyond as I walked back to the boat after emptying the toilet and put everything down tomgo snap some shots. We are still moored about 50meters from where this shot was taken

What a lovely spot to stay!
