Hello all friends, at my first meeting with all of you I will share a picture of a dau dragonfly or a tiger dragonfly.
Most of us are all familiar with this type of dragonfly, often encountered much different from other types of dragonflies. I as a village child found this type of dragonfly is not an amazing thing, almost every activity related to nature I always found the dragonfly Orthetrum sabina.
The dragonfly Orthetrum sabina is one of the abundant dragonflies in Indonesia, not only in the forest, this type of dragonfly is also often encountered in the yard of the house even in densely populated areas. Orthetrum sabina' is a predator for mosquitoes, that's why we often encounter this dragonfly in watery places such as swamps and riverbanks. Basically this dragonfly likes to hunt in areas where there are many mosquito larvae identified. In each area this dragonfly has its own name. This dragonfly is called the tiger dragonfly, because this dragonfly is famous for its ferocious nature that eats various types of insects that are below it and this dragonfly is very greedy. The hallmark of this dragonfly, the color of this dragonfly is dominated by green and black stripes that resemble the stripes on a tiger and have transparent wings.
