I've been here for "only" 4 years - not a long time, but not that short either - and this is the first time I've felt a bit discouraged about Hive... everything seems so quite, so many people have left and so many have lost the desire to build... hope Hive can recover from this situation and thrive again.
I don't check witness very often, but I'm sad to see your getting down... altough it's understandable (I do much less and yet I struggle everytime to keep doing it).

Been a struggle and I'm just done with the politics of it all.
Getting in the top 20 seems almost impossible if you aren't part of one of inner circles... and this also lead to the top 20 witnesses not having a reason to do better and improve what they do, as they can stay there forever by doing the bare minimum (this doesn't apply to all of them oc, there are some good ones who deserve their spot).
