A veces, la gran mayoría de las veces queremos arrancar un proyecto solos por malas experiencias, crees siempre te va ir mejor si lo realizas solo, puede que en un principio si puedes realizar ciertas cosas solo pero a medida que vas creciendo en ese proyecto necesitas apoyo, y no es fácil delegar.

Por eso debemos tener siempre presente, o resetearnos, (hablo desde mi experiencia) que es muy importante el trabajo en comunidad, delegar funciones, asignar roles, detallar bien lo que se quiere lograr, mantener la comunicación, escuchar sugerencias, abrir la mente. Plantear objetivos a corto plazo y a largo plazo para alcanzar esa meta, esa meta que se va lograr en equipo.

Al tener todos estos detalles presentes en un trabajo en equipo todo fluirá mejor. Es clave para todo buen estratega.

Si queremos mejorar el trabajo en equipo debemos incentivar a sus miembros, brindar herramientas para comunicarse y puedan compartir su experiencia, otro punto clave es la capacitación pues permite desarrollar habilidades, innovar en el equipo y llegar a crear un equipo comprometido con la colaboración y productividad.

Así que amigos digitales estas líneas en las que me inspire hoy, podemos aplicarlas en cualquier área o proyecto, fomentemos la comunicación, un buen uso de la tecnología y obtendremos grandes resultados.

Hello to all the dear friends of Hive, I'm here today wanting to talk a little about the importance of teamwork.

Sometimes, the vast majority of the time we want to start a project alone due to bad experiences, you think you will always do better if you do it alone, maybe at first you can do certain things alone but as you grow in that project you need support, and it is not easy to delegate.

That is why we must always keep in mind, or reset ourselves, (I speak from my experience) that community work is very important, delegate functions, assign roles, detail what you want to achieve, maintain communication, listen to suggestions, open your mind.
