[ENG/ESP] "Gwen" drawing + process // "Gwen" dibujo + proceso

Hello Hive community! Today I have returned to show the process of creating this drawing that I did.

¡Hola, comunidad de Hive! Hoy he vuelto para mostrar el proceso de creación de este dibujo que hice.

Lately I have been watching a series called total drama, and while I was doing it I was curious to know what the characters of that series would look like with another style of drawing, hence my idea !. Gwen is my first attempt to recreate one of the characters in my style, and although I am not one hundred percent happy with the result, I am glad I did the drawing.

Últimamente he estado viendo una serie llamada drama total, y mientras lo hacía sentí la curiosidad de saber cómo se verían los personajes de dicha serie con otro estilo de dibujo ¡De ahí mi idea!. Gwen es mi primer intento por recrear en mi estilo uno de los personajes, y aunque no estoy al cien porciento a gusto con el resultado, estoy contenta de haber hecho el dibujo.

Gwen is not my favorite character, but her style and image gothic attracts my attention, and that's why I decided to draw her.

Gwen no es mi personaje favorito, pero su estilo e imagen gótico me llaman mucho la atención, y por eso decidí dibujarla a ella.

❤ Process/Proceso ❤

First I began to trace what would be the first lines of the sketch.

Primero comencé a trazar lo que serían las primeras líneas del boceto.

(An apology, at times I was so focused on the drawing that I forgot to take photos). With the sketch ready, I proceeded to mark the lines with a pen.

(Una disculpa, en momentos estaba tan concentrada con el dibujo que olvidé tomar fotos). Con el boceto listo, pasé a marcar las líneas con un bolígrafo.

I really enjoyed doing her hair, especially since I had to section it to make the colored highlights that gwen has. I didn't worry about doing much to the white-looking locks, since I was going to color them later.

Disfruté mucho de hacerle el cabello, en especial porque debía seccionarlo para hacer las mechas de colores que gwen tiene. No me preocupé por hacer gran cosa en los mechones que se ven blancos, ya que después los iba a colorear.

Here, having finished using the pen, I went on to use the colors, directly starting with the hair. Usually I would start with the skin, but I really wanted to paint my hair and see how it turned out, I couldn't stand it.

Aquí, habiendo terminado de utilizar el bolígrafo, pasé a utilizar los colores, directamente empezando con el cabello. Usualmente empezaría con la piel, pero enserio tenía demasiadas ganas de pintar el cabello y ver como quedaba, no me aguanté.

From here I have no more images of the process. I'm really sorry! I was so immersed in the drawing that I forgot to photograph. But to summarize I simply colored the skin, added eyelashes, painted the lips, and not satisfied with the color that I had obtained in the hair and clothes, I gave it a stroke of marker. And so the result was.

A partir de aquí no tengo más imagenes del proceso ¡Enserio lo siento! estaba tan inmersa en el dibujo que olvidé fotografiar. Pero para resumir simplemente coloreé la piel, agregué pestañas, pinté los labios, y no conforme con el color que había obtenido en el cabello y la ropa, le di una pasada de marcador. Y así quedó el resultado.
