La celebración de los carnavales en el Colegio Yucatán de Barquisimeto, Estado Lara, Venezuela, fue cancelado el año pasado por la pandemia del covid-19; sin embargo, para el año 2022 fué posible su ejecución bajo ciertas condiciones. Se realizaron desfiles por grupos para evitar las aglomeraciones que se salieran de control.

La actividad fué pautada para el jueves 24 de febrero y viernes 25 de febrero de 2022, en la cual los niños del Colegio Bicentenario Yucatán pudieron exhibir hermosos disfraces diseñados de forma ecológica y confeccionados por sus propias madres.

The celebration of the carnivals at the Yucatan School in Barquisimeto, Lara State, Venezuela, was cancelled last year due to the covid-19 pandemic; however, for the year 2022 it was possible to hold it under certain conditions. Parades were held in groups to avoid crowds that could get out of control.

The activity was scheduled for Thursday, February 24 and Friday, February 25, 2022, in which the children of the Colegio Bicentenario Yucatan were able to exhibit beautiful costumes designed in an ecological way and made by their own mothers.

El motivo de este año fué la Conservación y Protección del Medio Ambiente, bajo el cual se configuró el ambiente de carnaval, desarrollándose comparsas, mensajes ecológicos y disfraces de flores como cayenas, girasoles, orquideas y árboles como el araguaney, simbolo patrio de nuestro país.

The theme this year was the Conservation and Protection of the Environment, under which the carnival atmosphere was configured, developing comparsas, ecological messages and costumes of flowers such as cayenne, sunflowers, orchids and trees like the araguaney, patriotic symbol of our country.

Los grupos fueron divididos, para evitar mayor concentración de personas; además se realizaron juegos y actividades recreativas dentro del aula, que originaron grandes cantidades de risas y nuevas experiencias de aprendizaje en la etapa escolar.

The groups were divided in order to avoid greater concentration of people; in addition, games and recreational activities were carried out in the classroom, which gave rise to a great deal of laughter and new learning experiences in the school stage.

El desfile permitió interactuar entre la Comunidad del Colegio, Profesores, Niños, Padres y Representantes, desarrollándose un ambiente agradable que culminó con una foto grupal, muy colorida para el recuerdo de todos.

The parade allowed interaction between the school community, teachers, children, parents and representatives, developing a pleasant atmosphere that culminated with a group photo, very colorful for the memory of all.

Esperemos que los próximos carnavales sean mejores, que le hayamos ganado la batalla al covid-19, por el bien de nuestros niños.

Let's hope that the next carnivals will be better, that we have won the battle against covid-19, for the sake of our children.
