My recipes with papaya
With papaya you can make smoothies, meringues, salads, jams, desserts and the traditional sweet milk that usually accompanies the typical Christmas dish in Venezuela. It is also a nutritious and delicious fruit that helps our body generously, which is why I consume it in my diet frequently.
At my breakfast I prepare a fruit salad where papaya is the protagonist.
use the Ingredients:
- 100 g of papaya
- 30g pineapple
- A tablespoon of raisins
- A small cambur
- Syrop, condensed milk or honey to sweeten.
Process:
- Cut the papaya, the pineapple and the cambur in cubes and place it in an embace.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes
- Then add the raisins, nuts and the syrop.
Another breakfast is papaya smoothies, usually I like to mix them with other tropical fruits like pineapple, passion fruit, orange, lemon, cambur and mango.
In this case, make a mixed papaya smoothie with mango that gives it a very smooth texture. Use milky, sugar, mango pulp, and add vanilla. To the blender and ready everything processed.
Another time add, papaya with lemon, gives the smoothie its citrus touch.
Consuming papaya in your daily diet is very healthy, since it is equivalent to consuming a dozen vitamin supplements at the same time. If you consider that you are one of those who does not like this healthy fruit, then I suggest you consume it in this way, mixing it with another fruit that you like the most and make these mixed shakes.
