The narrative that people would have run uphill if alerted to a disaster by sirens is blatantly false. No one would have run into the fire.
The claim that the fires were started by downed electrical lines is also false. When power lines are downed and spark fires, they do not create the bright flashes seen on video. They aren't transformers exploding. The heat caused by electricity passing through resistant material simply starts fires in flammable material through which the electricity shorts. The bright flashes are clearly caused by DEWs. Maui has a DEW test facility, which recently publicly announced they had produced 10 fully operational DEWs. Several pictures show DEW systems mounted on aircraft, including an MQ-9 Reaper drone.
The temperature at which ordinary glass melts is ~2500F-2900F. Safety glass in cars does not melt at lower temperatures, for the obvious reason that automotive fires occur, and the glass needs to resist that heat to prevent injuring vehicle occupants. The temperature of flames is ascertained by their color. The flames of the Lahaina fire were red/orange, indicating temperatures from ~900F-~2200F. White hot flames are necessary to produce 2500F temperatures. An additional heat source was necessary to melt the glass in the dozens of cars that show this damage. Most of those cars were yards away from any structure fires, leaving only sparks and embers to cause the heat that melted the glass, which simply isn't possible. Additionally, there are many standing trees yet covered in twigs and leaves right next to these vehicles and structures reduced to white ash, indicating complete combustion of all fuel. Wood combusts at ~600F, twigs and leaves at lower temperatures. The heat that melted the glass out of cars and utterly consumed structures was localized to the point that heat >4x higher than necessary to consume the trees in a forest fire failed to light the trees, yet completely consumed homes and private vehicles separated from ignition sources by firebreaks without flammable materials. Only DEWs could have done this.
The hurricane was ~800 miles away, and high winds from hurricanes of that size typically reach ~50 miles. The claim that climate change caused the fires is false, as Maui is experiencing a typical year, humidity was >70% at the time of the fire.
As you well point out, not only did the sirens not sound, the power was left on after power lines were down, and water turned off when the fires started, but police blocked roads that prevented people from escaping, and FEMA is currently blocking delivery of emergency supplies. Some supplies are getting through because people are routing around roadblocks with jetskis. The Chief of Police in Las Vegas during the massacre there is the Chief of police in Maui. Insurance companies are refusing to pay on the policies of the homeowners there, and now the local government is evicting people whose homes weren't burned. I was unaware of the poisoned water supplies until you mentioned it.
Oprah owned property in Mendocino, CA in 2017, and properties neighboring hers were burnt in fire that year, some of which she purchased thereafter. She appears to be trying to repeat her successful profiteering off the fires in CA, like a dog returning to it's vomit. Oprah tried to enter a shelter with a CBS camera crew after the Lahaina fire, but was turned away. She has also been associated with a school in Kenya which became the center of a scandal in which students were raped and abused, and with John of God, whom she touted as a faith healer, but who was convicted of holding women captive, impregnating them, and selling their babies, in Brazil.
