- 1 lechoza o papaya verde
- clavos especies
- palo canela de
- papelón para endulzar
- 1 lechoza or green papaya
- cloves spices
- cinnamon stick
- paprika to sweeten

Paso 1:
La noche anterior se le hace unas rayas para que bote la leche. Al día siguiente se lava y se le quita la concha a la lechoza o papaya.
Step 1:
The night before, make some stripes so that the milk drips out. The next day it is washed and the shell is removed from the lechoza or papaya.
Paso 2:
Se pica en lonjas o julianas y se pone a remojar con agua y una cucharada de bicarbonato.

Se escurre y se coloca en la olla con clavos especies, canela y se le agrega el papelón derretido y se pone a fuego lento hasta que ablande.

Debe quedar cubierto, y bajara hasta quede en una miel.
