I use IQOS products - It's vaping but you buy actual cigarettes (specially made ones called 'HEETS') - It's great as you still get the sensation of smoking but no tar. I'd look into them if i were you, just search IQOS on google, they're made by marlborro giant philip morris. Good luck with getting off the fags!!
