Physical distance is a practice that we must avoid close contact with other people. Physical alignment is also appealed to by the state government so that we can still make close contact with others with the aim of releasing transportation from COVID-19.

Then what is an effective way to practice Physical Distancing? The effective way is by not gathering with many people, avoiding crowds or places that are used as a gathering place by people such as weddings, concerts or other events. We should not go out of the house too often if there is no need. You can work or study at home.

If you want to buy something, it's better not to eat at the place (restaurants, food stalls). Just wrap the food or you can ask to take it home. Meanwhile, if the stock of daily necessities has run out at home, you may do shopping when it is quiet and keep your distance when you leave the house. After arriving home, you immediately clean the items you bought earlier.

We recommend that if you have come out of the house, immediately to take a shower and replace the clothes you were wearing and washing. If you want to do sports, you can do sports like running or cycling in the home environment.

We must do this physical distancing for a long time, we also have to get used to adapting it.
