Presentation
Hello everyone, it is a pleasure to introduce myself to this great community of which I have been told so much, my name is Luis Gustavo Chirinos, but by preference and in honor of a great friend I had and passed away, I choose my middle name, and more specifically to be called by my pseudonym "Tavo". It is not the first time that I write, yes in this way, although it really has been a long time since I took up this habit, I love writing and I think it is an aspect that is easy for me to do on the fly and in which I think I can get good results, especially that I am able to improvise on topics of which I do not have much knowledge but in a short time I can do research and make an inference on the subject to be discussed.
About Me
About me, I can say that I am 21 years old, I am a university student, I am currently studying Chemical Engineering, I am in my 7th semester, it is the career that I always dreamed of studying since I was a child, since my uncle is a Chemical Engineer and from an early age I have always been very much like him, so I can say that I am very pleased to be in the area that I always chose. I consider myself a person who has always been very self-demanding and the road I have traveled through these years at the university through the various subjects I have studied have not been easy at all, however I have been able to face the problems and I have acquired enough knowledge and above all the experience to cope with the weight of new things that sometimes are complicated and difficult to assimilate, since in general it is not a career that is simple or much less (I wish there was one).
I thank my grandmother who has always been there in this process, no longer physically, my mother who has always strived to see me emerge and my aunt, because without them I would not be who I am or where I am despite the adversities. Graduating will not only be a personal achievement, but rather a demonstration to them that it was worth so many sacrifices.
I also work online, I like to make the most of technology and all the benefits it brings to everyone who uses it.
I am a pretty introverted person, not at all ill-intentioned, I love to help others, to let everyone know that they can always count on me, I think it is one of the most important things that I often try to reflect in others, on the contrary, I am very reserved with myself, I am little to show how I feel, I like to deal with things individually, although of course, I can not always achieve this.
I work constantly on myself, maybe that's why I'm a bit self-demanding, not in a bad way, but I believe that despite being imperfect we can always give a better version of ourselves. I also consider myself multifaceted, I admire Oscar Wilde's great phrase "To define oneself is to limit oneself", I always keep this phrase in mind.
Hobbies
This leads me to have many hobbies, most of them without things in common, since there are several areas in which I have a lot of interest, and sometimes between them there are opposite poles to each other. In sports, for example, I am a big fan of tennis, for years I have been an admirer of the Big Three, I consider myself too fortunate to be able to witness such a feat that has transcended beyond the sport itself, of them three my favorite is Roger Federer, although I admire everything they have been able to achieve each of them, and indeed, I believe that each one could rely on the other and thus achieve such good results.
I am currently following Carlos Alcaraz's start, an extremely bright 19 year old young man, who reflects a bit of those 3 greats I mentioned.
I play tennis and also volleyball, lately not because college is quite exhausting, however the latter I'm not so fanatic about watching it on TV (I don't watch much TV) although it was the first sport I trained and I like it a lot, because of my personality I get along better with tennis, since I'm an individualist and the fact of making decisions on the court that only benefit or harm me, I like it.
I love video games, although I'm more into watching them than playing them. My favorite streamer is called Mechs, who streams through Facebook Gaming. I do play for example League of Legends, in which despite only having 2 years playing I've already reached the Gold league, at the time I also played (and in a professional amateur way) Counter Strike. Although it's funny, I usually play when I have a lot of things to do, maybe because I work better under pressure, and also because the things I have to do, let's say I usually procrastinate a lot, I procrastinate a lot.
In music I don't have a favorite genre either, now I listen a lot to Lana del Rey, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, BTS, TXT, One Direction, Morat. I've always been a fan of One Direction. But as I say, I listen to music of all kinds. To study better I put a playlist on Youtube and that helps me to concentrate more.
Proposals
I have a clear goal in this great community, and that is to express everything I'm passionate about, which as I said, there are several things, so I will try to bring varied content, maybe not the best, but I will try to make it as entertaining as possible, as much as it is entertaining for me, about sports, video games, literature, anything of general culture, in this sense I am not afraid of new things and I consider myself capable of achieving anything I set my mind to, although if I fail on the way I value more the learning process than the result obtained, which sometimes is not so satisfactory.
I believe that life is about learning everything we do and acquiring experience for future events, I do not think that we are born learned, it would be boring to know everything from the beginning, as this would not allow to set clear objectives as goals to achieve in life purposes.
I also consider myself capable of bringing content out of my comfort zone, in a few hours of research, I could bring a writing rich in content and interesting, so my vision of things would reach more people.
