My Quarantine Process | A little internal spill!

Hello.
I mentioned that we went into quarantine recently. Only grocery shopping was free and I must say that this process overwhelmed many people with me. I was one of the lucky ones to live in a small place like a village. There were strict controls and precautions in the cities, but these places were a little more comfortable than urban life. I wanted to talk a little bit about what I did in this process and pour out my heart. It was difficult to find a struggle for myself in this process. Today I wanted to spare time for myself here. It makes me happy to be writing this article here.

I recently mentioned Hıdırellez briefly. I wished my wishes 3 days ago and hung them on the rosewood as I explained to you.

After the wishes, we lit a small fire in our neighborhood and jumped over the fire with our loved ones. Of course, we did not neglect to wish wishes while jumping. The mischievous children of the neighborhood wanted to jump over the fire, we didn't break them, so we let them jump under our control.

The name of our smallest mischievous is BARIN. It is not possible to hold him down. He loves to take his head and travel around. It has to be under our constant surveillance or it can disappear at any time. Here I caught a photo of her mother trying to hold her. I think he will be a wandering boy when he grows up.

Since all places are closed, some days we take our tables and stools and go down in front of the doors. We chat with my neighbors, with whom I get along very well, over coffee.

Sometimes the conversations are very deep and we do not know that the clock is passing so quickly. Nobody should be alone. Especially at a time like this, loneliness is never suffered We all understood this very well during this period of illness. Perhaps this way, people know each other's worth better.

I spend some of my time on our terrace. We built this place last year. It was not covered before and we could not sit due to the sun. We covered it with wood. Since it is a shade, I can sit and spend time much better. I am proud that I made the walls and decorations myself. I love spending time here, especially reading books in light rainy weather.

Of course I do not enjoy the terrace alone. Our cat, who is the joy of our house, also loves to spend time here and especially sunbathe. I can sometimes have a hard time getting it in. During the quarantine process, we understood the value of pets better. Without them, we would all go through an unhappy process. At least that's the way it is for me. I would be really bored if I didn't have a cat. Sometimes we play games with him and it makes me laugh a lot. :)

Today I visited the neighbor's tiny garden. He made many decorations in his garden with his own hands. I especially liked the wooden lanterns he hung on the tree.He loves flowers like me. There were a lot of flowers and seedlings in his garden. This tiny garden is her everything. He calls it my tiny world.

Pink mill-looking decor is not pretty? He made it with his own hands. By the way, for the first time in my life I have seen such tall gourds. She says she will make them sculptures as well. After I do it, I'll take a picture of them. Maybe some people have gourd like this and don't know what to do with it. It would have been an idea for them.

There are plum and walnut trees in its backyard. The walnuts haven't been there yet, but the plums have begun to grow. He cannot go up to the tree and collect it, so we will gather the plums together for the next week.

Before returning home, I collected plums from places I could reach. Don't be fooled by the way they look green, they're not sour at all. Plums tasted sweet.

I bought ice cream for the little mischievous of the neighborhood. He loves to eat ice cream. Towards the end, I have a painting called how not to eat ice cream. :)

He ate ice cream with all but his mouth. :) I love the way children are. Some mothers do not allow this, but I think let them eat as they wish. Some mothers are angry with their children and do not allow some food because it will get dirty. I am very upset when I hear this. Remember they are children. Of course they will eat it by pouring it around and on them. This is how they grow and learn. Let them live their childhood to the fullest. Detergents and washing machines don't clean everything anyway? It's not worth hurting them. Let them play as they wish and eat the food themselves as they please.

It is very enjoyable to write with the sunset from here. I just came across the rainbow. As a kid, we used to think there was gold on the other end of the rainbow. We used to run and try to find him. We used to believe that we would be rich if we found him. With that money, I dreamed of buying a lot of toys for myself and the poor kids. When I grew up, I learned that this was not true and I was saddened. Still, watching him creates happiness somewhere in me.

Summer came and flowers bloomed everywhere. I love this image. We were locked in homes because of the disease. I miss nature and freedom very much. I am trying to learn from this virus incident that happened to us. I kept thinking about it when I was staying by myself. I've fought my battle with myself. Maybe it was a lesson for us humans. Lately, we've only been thinking about ourselves and our own interests. In recent years, many people have forgotten about nature and animals. It doesn't just belong to us humans on this planet. Perhaps we understood this thanks to this disease. We learned how important nature is. We understood the value of our loved ones better. I learned great lessons from this incident. I hope you have fought your own war and learned your own lesson. I spent time in and around my house during my quarantine period. I tried to make this process as beautiful as I could. Thanks for reading and supporting.

Beautiful post and best of luck during your quarantine process. I went through one myself and I was very fortunate to be able to work from home and keep bringing in the paycheck. My sons are also prone to eat ice cream all over their faces. They don't always get to eat it, but when they do I know they'll need a washing afterward.
