This year has been amazing, and I set out to make it memorable and worthwhile. As a member of the Hive Community at large and the gems and Pepe Community as well, I am confident that 2024 will be a good year. It's a sentence, it's a nice thought but how can we make a difference in this Community? Can we take lessons learned from 2023 and truly grow as a digital Community?
The Hive Gems Community and the Pepe Community are great places to build networks of positive and capable people. We are able to communicate worldwide, and my passion for sports and science can shine through. I want to share my light and commingle with those who also want to shine. It has been said that we need to share our light with others and that a bundle of sticks is stronger than a single branch. We need to empower each other in this Community and we can do so by utilizing our gifts.
Freedom of speech is so important to me, and it's a foundation of this platform. Many social media websites have been infiltrated by anti-speech initiatives and censorship is a thorn in the side of humanity. Those in power want to suppress the words of the people, and words have power. The elite know that words have power, and they want to separate us and censor us. We are like sheep unless we rise up in our willingness to share and grow. The average person wants peace and seeks growth. We need to espouse these values and commit.to using words instead of violence or prideful action.
As a firm believer that words can unite, divide and have power in them to bless or curse I am enthusiastic about the direction of this platform and Community. Let's highlight our strengths and weaknesses in 2024 and help be each other's rock and company. There is an epidemic of lonliness and we need to stem this destructive ride any way we can.
Here's to a wonderful and amazing 2024. I have seen how amazing we are together, and we need to keep our momentum going in this year of transition.
