𝐄𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐨́𝐧 | 𝐄𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
Para comenzar en un recipiente colocaremos media taza de arroz y una taza de agua, tapamos y dejamos reposar toda la noche.
To begin, place half a cup of rice and a cup of water in a container, cover and let stand overnight.
Al día siguiente colaremos nuestra agua y la vertiéremos en un embace preferiblemente de spray, listo tenemos nuestro tónico,este caducará en 15 días.
The next day we will strain our water and pour it in a preferably spray bottle, ready we have our tonic, it will expire in 15 days.
