INTRODUCTION

Ogbono soup is an African delicacy in which the ogbono seeds are used as thickener for the soup. This makes the soup slimy and tasty.

The secret of a tasty ogbono soup is in the quantity of crayfish or prawn used and the freshness of your ingredients, particularly periwinkle, meat, fish, stockfish and cowskin (kanda or kpomor).
I employ you to try this process for a great experience with this amazing African dish.

NUTRITIONAL FACTS

It is known that there is a prevelence of anemia among women of reproductive age. This is majorly due to the monthly loss of blood through their cycles.
Eating right could help curtail this condition and sea foods such as crayfish and periwinkle are rich in iron which is an essential mineral for the formation of red cells
