Saludos mis apreciados amigos de la comunidad @gems, hoy paso a compartir con ustedes una rica receta para chicha casera elaborada con conchas de piña.Es una receta muy fácil y sencilla de hacer.
Greetings my dear friends from the @gems community, today I am going to share with you a delicious recipe for homemade chicha made with pineapple shells. It is a very easy and simple recipe to make.

Para elaborar esta receta solo necesitamos 5 ingredientes los cuales describiré a continuación./
To make this recipe we only need 5 ingredients which I will describe below.
INGREDIENTES:/INGREDIENTS:
2.-Piñas medianas./medium pineapples
4.-Tazas de arroz./Cups rice.
1.-kilo de azucar./kilo of sugar
1/2.-kilo de leche./kilo of milk
Leche evaporada./Evaporated milk
Canela al gusto./Cinnamon to taste
Vamos al proceso de elaboración/Let's go to the elaboration process
Para elaborar esta rica bebida debemos agarrar dos piñas medianas, lavarlas muy bien, y cortarlas en trozos podemos aprovechar la pulpa y dejar solo las conchas, al lavarlas bien colocar en una olla con agua y poner a hervir al menos 20 minutos.

Al estar listos los ingredientes se llevan a la licuadora, al estar bien licuado se debe colar, luego agregar la leche en polvo y volver a licuar agregar el azucar y al servir la leche evaporada y tendremos como resultado un rico vaso de chicha con conchas de piña.
