Hola queridos Hivers, en esta oportunidad les quiero compartir la receta de un rico bizcocho de parchita.

Ingredientes:
Harina de trigo 2 1/2 tazas
Huevos 4
Azúcar 1 taza
Aceite 1/2 taza
Leche 1/2 taza
Jugo de parchita 1 1/2 tazas
Polvo para hornear 2 cdtas
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups wheat flour
Eggs 4
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
Parchita juice 1 1/2 cups
2 tsp baking powder
En una taza colocamos los huevos y batimos con batidora eléctrica durante unos cinco minutos o hasta duplicar su tamaño, luego agregamos el azúcar, batir hasta que se torne de un color cremoso y ya se haya integrado el azúcar, agregar la leche y continuar batiendo.

Seguidamente añadimos el aceite poco a poco en forma de hilo.

Batir unos tres minutos más hasta que se integre bien el aceite a la mezcla, luego agregar la mitad del jugo de parchita poco a poco y continuar batiendo unos minutos más. Luego añadir por partes la harina y el polvo royal, mezclar con una paleta con movimientos envolventes para que no se pierda el aire de la mezcla, agregar poco a poco para que no se hagan grumos una parte de harina y otra de jugo.

Luego que ya está todo integrado vaciamos la mezcla en un recipiente o molde enharinado y lo llevamos al horno ya precalentado a unos 180 °C durante 45 minutos.

Pasado el tiempo introducimos un palillo para verificar si esta lista, si sale limpio ya está lista, retiramos del horno, dejamos reposar y desmoldamos.

Queda de una textura muy suave, esponjosa y de un rico sabor a parchita, ideal para merendar y complacer a los más pequeños en casa, espero se animen a hacerla en sus casas.
