Enjoy Life || Taste of Frustration || How to get rid..

Do you feel any time loneliness? How it tastes? Is it sour or sweet or something different? Do you enjoy it or not? How can one be alone and how may people get rid from it? I will today try to find out answers of these questions..

Main reason behind frustration and loneliness

I feel loneliness when I become frustrated anyhow. I think there is differentiation between mind and outsides. Outer world has a great impact on it. If anybody say any rough lenguages or missbehave with me, I feel alone. Is it it the main reason? Answer is: no.

The main reason is that we dont have 100% control on our mind. We like to be changed with other perspectives. If anybody can achieve total control on his own mind, then nobody can change him. But it is so tough. It needs a lot of patient, training, hard struggle etc. Meditation, religious prayer, motivational speech etc try to do it.


How the frustration is to be tested

When one become frustrated or alone, what type of tastes he get on it? I think, it has no flavour.

Favourless taste is called frustration. That means the emptyness of all colours, all taste, all smell.. maybe termed as loneliness or frustration.

Can it be enjoyed?

I become astonished to know that some people enjoy their frustration very much! They like to be alone. Why and how people want this actually! Most of the people who like to engage with literary works or arts, are usually like to be alone to sketch it on their creative work perfectly.

Because if you don't taste anything, you cannot interpret it on your artwork. It may be fruitful for short time, but in long time it creates very negative impact on mind. That's why a lot of creative artist and poet commit suicide or being psychologically disordered.


How can one get rid form this frustration?

I have some suggestion from my real life. Explore you with others by gossiping or leading a social life with friends, family, neighbour, colleague and others.

You should get some times for yourself that will help you to know your actual mind condition. You should have some passion, some hobby beyond your career and job that will give you real pleasure and mental satisfaction. It may be photography, reading, travelling or any other hobby.

Get married. Everybody need a life partner. Who will be not only partner but also a best friend, with whom anything can be shared. Who will take care of you and you will take care to whom.


I hope if you do this accordingly, you will be able to overcome your mental stress and get rid from frustration successfully. Thanks to all.
