Oil for shallow frying
Salt to taste

For Gravy
1 medium Onion finely chopped
1 medium Tomatoes chopped
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
Pinch of hing
1/2 TBSP Ginger-Garlic paste
1/2 TSP Turmeric powder
1/2 TSP Red Chilli Powder
1/2 TSP Corriander powder
1/2 TSP cumin powder
1/2 TSP Turmeric Powder
1/2 TSP Black epper powder
1/2 TBSP Corriander leaves
