Rhubarb is also a great source of vitamin K1, which is important for blood clotting and bone health. A half cup of cooked rhubarb provides more than one-third of the recommended dietary intake of vitamin K1, along with two grams of fiber (which helps prevent colorectal cancer), some calcium and vitamin C.

That's awesome. I recently bought a book called The forgotten remedies something like that. It's in my stack of books that I mean to get through. I figured it was a very useful book to have cuz it's all about plants and their natural healing properties. Before the epidemic I had already started looking into that.I use celery to fight off a kidney stone that I got from taking a medication without enough water, and dandelions for detoxification. It's funny the directions life takes you.

The book sounds interesting. it's always good to try natural healing remedies before other medications if it's not a life threatening situation.
