Hello Hivers
Now I am passing the beginning period of Hive blockchain. When i am started my journey with Hive, I faced some issue as a newcomers. That time i have suggested by one of my small brother how to overcome that. After that, I can overcome thouse problems.
A new commer mainly faced a problem that is Recourse credit (RC) issue. They can't do post, comment, upvote, follow etc.. due to lack of RC. They can't do anything as their wish. It is a problem to do better with Hive. I also faced this problem in beginning period. That time one of my small brother delegating some HP to work freely.
I also help my Two real life friends to stay connected with Hive network by delegating some Hive power. That power help them to work in Hive with more freely.

I could help only two newcomers. Because, i am also a beginner in this platform. I haven't enough Power to help more people.

This boy is my best friend. After my entering in hive, he also interested to join this blockchain. After joining he can't do everything that he wish. That time i also a beginner in Hive. I had only 30 Hive power in this moment. But i delegated him 10 HP from my. That can gave him some controlling power over Hive.
He did a great work in Hive. Within few days he earn more than 20 HP. That time i give back my delegated HP from him.

This boy is brother of my wife. He also interested to join in hive. For his flexible work in hive i also delegate him 10 HP. And he started to work. I give him some condition with delegation. If he don't work in Hive effectively, I give back my HP.
After some days, i found that he didn't work properly. That time i warn him.
Not only i help them only delegating HP, But also i help them by many advice to do better in Hive platform.
When i was new, I faced many problem for HP. For that i help them by delegating HP from me.
I think help to a new one is give more resource to Hive by gaining a new active one.
