Presentation
Hello everyone, it is a pleasure for me to be able to greet you and also to introduce myself to you and this great community that some people have told me about. My name is Oscary Barco, I am currently 22 years old, although I will soon be 23, I like to be called this way, although only my relatives do it. .
About Me
The truth is that I am not much of writing in this way, it costs me a little to express what I feel in words, but I will try the best I can. There are many things I could tell you about myself, for example that since I was 18 years old I have undertaken many trips of which I feel and I am very proud because thanks to these trips and many other things that this has allowed me to grow as a person and a quality of me is that I love to know new places, I am very passionate about it, it makes me feel alive.
I was in Peru for 4 years and I was able to contemplate in first person the cultural diversity that this beautiful country has, going to many places which I will describe separately and my experience being in them, before this I would like to emphasize that I am really fanatic about the sea, I love the beach, it makes me feel great, at peace with myself, calm. I can release tension being in the sea, it is as if I became one with the wind and with the nature there, feeling the sand is indescribable.
Travels
Of the many places I went to during those 4 years I was in Peru, I would like to highlight the following experiences:
Oxapampa:
First, going to places like Oxapampa, which is a jungle where you can find diverse cultures like Indians and Germans, I observed that these Indians speak a particular language called Quechua and can also speak other languages. I could also see a salt water lagoon that I can say is simply wonderful.
Chincha:
In my stay in Chincha, I ate carapulcra chinchana, I met a saint part of the chinchana culture there to whom they have a lot of devotion and respect, his name is Melchorita.
Paracas:
I also went to Paracas, where I saw sea seals, penguins, starfish. I knew a small part of the history of Peru and more of its great cultures so diverse and even the gastronomy of which I will talk about next.
More about the trips
In terms of gastronomy I have also had the opportunity to taste great typical dishes of Peruvian culture such as ceviche, cuy chactado, leche de tigre, rice with seafood, chaufa, lomo saltado, aji de gallina, pachamanca, aguadito, tallarines a la huancaina. I must say with sincerity that these are rich, pleasant and spicy foods, very spicy.
I learned about the dances, the Huayno, the dance of the scissors, marinera norteña. Although I could only practice it casually, they are quite entertaining and beautiful, these dances reflect part of the history and culture that brings with it this beautiful country.
Tastes
As you may have noticed, I love to travel, it has always been part of my goals and objectives, I have worked hard to achieve all this, as I am very passionate about seeing new places, enjoy them and learn in the process of different cultures and everything that comes with leaving my comfort zone being an immigrant. I enjoy every moment as best I can, living in the present, going out to these places always reminds me that I am alive, in fact I firmly believe that there are many things to know and experience throughout our existence.
Other things about me is the taste for music is also huge, in fact I am a musician, I play the cello, I was in an orchestra coming from the place where I was born, I have good memories and great moments lived there. Being a musician makes me appreciate this world in a different way. I don't have a favorite genre, I always look for the beautiful side of any song or genre, I listen to a variety of artists even in different languages. I believe that music is an art that cannot be defined simply by choosing one genre as a favorite.
Break
Unfortunately, not everything has been roses, I have stumbled on this long road, there have been many moments when I wanted to give up and not continue my goals, because of fatigue, the economic issue, health. But I have always found the inspiration to keep going and it has brought me great fruits over time and I can say that thanks to that is part of who I am today. At the moment I have taken a break and decided to return to my native country.
I am currently here, I came for legal, personal issues. It has been a long time since I have seen my family and some friends whom I love very much, also because taking this break will give me more strength to start new projects and undertake new horizons.
End of presentation
To end this presentation I would like to tell you that I am delighted to have done it, I hope to always bring you high quality content, the subsequent trips I go on I will definitely share them through this platform, I would also like to bring other types of content, related to music, sports, general cultural topics, anything I feel I am able to bring you and that has an excellent structural quality, I like to appreciate the small moments that without realizing it generate great things in our day to day, so if I decide to capture them here, more than one will feel the same way I did when I was living those experiences. Until a next chapter, I say goodbye. Kisses and hugs.
