Hace unos días fui a un lindo restaurant en mi ciudad, su nombre es Jaguar

Me encanta que a pesar de la situación en la que vivimos en mi país, me gusta como los ciudadanos a pesar de estas adversidades buscan la manera de reinventarse cada día un poco más, recordando que en el 2016 los negocios cerraban y muchos se iban del país. En la actualidad no es que nuestro país esté de lo mejor, pero cada uno intenta de maneras creativas de generar algún ingreso a la familia.

I love that despite the situation in which we live in my country, I like how citizens, despite these adversities, look for a way to reinvent themselves a little more every day, remembering that in 2016 businesses closed and many left the country. At present it is not that our country is the best, but each one tries in creative ways to generate some income for the family.

Así que me gustó el concepto de este lindo restauran, por lo que pude detallar, era una casa un poco antigua, pero reestructuraron la casa de tal manera que cualquier espacio fuese funcional y me encantó el concepto

So I liked the concept of this beautiful restaurant, from what I could detail, it was a bit old house, but they restructured the house in such a way that any space was functional and I loved the concept

Me encantó el lugar, muy agradable para sentarte hablar con un buen amigo y pasar la tarde, yo pedí una cerveza que estaba a la temperatura perfecta

I love the place, very nice to sit down, talk with a good friend and spend the afternoon, I ordered a beer that was at the perfect temperature

En cuanto a la comida, había una gran variedad de platos, yo ordené un risotto con alcachofa

As for the food, there was a wide variety of dishes, I ordered a risotto with artichoke

Estaba divino, una presentación poco común, pero sin duda combinaba con el sitio.
Tenía una mezcla de sabores que aún no puedo explicarlos, entre ellos un sabor dulce que en realidad no lo esperaba pero me gustó. En cuanto a la cantidad me pareció bien, yo suelo comer poco y no me gusta dejar comida en el plato, pero pude comerme todo.

It was divine, an unusual presentation, but it certainly matched the setting. It had a mixture of flavors that I can't explain yet, including a sweet taste that I didn't really expect but liked. As for the quantity, it seemed fine to me, I usually eat little and I don't like to leave food on the plate, but I was able to eat it all. The cost of the dish was $16

Fue un almuerzo muy agradable lo disfruté como nadie, al lugar le doy un 9/10 y a la comida un 7,5/10

It was a very pleasant lunch I enjoyed it like no one else, I give the place a 9/10 and the food a 7.5/10
