Yesterday morning, a little boy that use to come to my house and ask if I need water let him help me fetch,came around with his friends.He ask me and I said yes he went and fetch the water,when he came back he said he was going immediately since he came with his friends,I always say thank you so much then give him anything I feel like giving but since he was in a hurry,I said thanks so much you are a my tomato 🍅 Jos. my sweet banana 🍌. My sweetie sweetie. My honey honey 🍯 was calling him sweet names he smiled and his friends laughed 😁 at him telling him look at how happy you are started making fun of him and he started laughing and they all left. I started asking my self why is this little boy so happy when ever I call him sweet names. Then I realized that we are all the same, hungry for words of affirmation,praise,appriciation,love and positive reinforcement. Everyone even the most macho or self sufficient person needs those words to flourish and prosper. Do you know that when you call anyone sweet names it. Melt their hearts and turned away anger? I noticed it in my younger ones whenever they do something and I call them sweet names in appreciation the glow and smiles. FINALLY. words are powerful, words can build, or tear down,build your home with with what you tell them, word spoken cannot be unheard by the hearer and cannot be forgotten.
