Hola!, mi nombre es Nohelis López, pero mis amigos y allegados me llaman NOHE, (me encanta), mi signo zodiacal es Acuario y tengo 64 años, nací en un pueblito del estado Monagas llamado Caripito, aunque mi familia se vino a Caracas cuando tenia cinco años, me criaron con las costumbres y gustos orientales cosa que he disfrutado mucho.

Soy la tercera de nueve hermanos, posición que me comprometió para ayudar en la crianza y formación de mis hermanos menores, como eramos muchos, mi mamá no se daba abasto para lidear con tantos niños y nos asignó a las primeras hijas (las tres primeras fuimos niñas), la responsabilidad de los hermanos menores.

Estuvo los últimos tres meses de embarazo hospitalizada, con un aparato que le sostenía al bebé, (menos mal, que las hermanas mayores ya estábamos adiestradas en el cuidado de los menores), sin embargo, los médicos no le garantizaban que el bebé se salvara.

Contraje matrimonio a los 18 años y a los 19 fui mamá de una hermosa niña, no se me hizo difícil la tarea de criar a mi hija (ya venía con experiencia), pero creo que aún estaba muy joven para haber adquirido tremendo compromiso, lo que me llevó que a los 21 años empecé a gestionar mi divorcio.

I got married at 18 years old and at 19 I was the mother of a beautiful girl, the task of raising my daughter was not difficult for me (I already had experience), but I think I was still too young to have acquired a tremendous commitment, which It took me that at the age of 21 I began to process my divorce.

Me tocó la dura tarea (como a la mayoría de las madres divorciadas) de criar a mi hija sola, no fue fácil, pero lo logré !!!!!!! con la bendición de Dios, que mi hija fue una niña tranquila..... no me dio dolores de cabeza, hasta que a sus 17 años decidió casarse......

I had the hard task (like most divorced mothers) of raising my daughter alone, it was not easy, but I did it !!!!!!! with the blessing of God, that my daughter was a quiet girl ..... it did not give me headaches, until at 17 she decided to get married ......

Me sorprendió con la noticia, no estaba preparada para ese evento (creo que nadie lo está), sin embargo, con fortaleza salí poco a poco del estado anímico al cual había caído, superado totalmente después de siete años, cuando mi hija me hizo abuela de una hermosa bebé.

I was not prepared for that, I was not prepared for that event (I think no one is), however, with strength I came out little by little from the state of mind to which I had fallen, completely overcome after seven years, when my daughter made me a grandmother. of a beautiful baby.

Como solo contaba con el título de bachiller, y luego me dediqué a ser mamá, había abandonado los estudios, una vez, mi hija casada y yo con el tiempo disponible, tuve la mejor idea de mi vida, continuar con mis estudios y hacerme de una carrera.
As I only had a bachelor's degree, and then I dedicated myself to being a mother, I had abandoned my studies, once, my married daughter and I with the time available, I had the best idea of ​​my life, to continue with my studies and become a race.

Así fue como tomé la decisión y me inscribí en la universidad, no fue fácil tomar el hábito de estudio después de tanto tiempo, sin embargo, con mucha dedicación, fortaleza y voluntad, lo logré….. en el tiempo estipulado (cinco años), obtuve mi título de LIC. EN TRABAJO SOCIAL, gracias Dios!!!!!

This is how I made the decision and enrolled in the university, it was not easy to take the habit of study after so long, however, with a lot of dedication, strength and will, I succeeded… .. in the stipulated time (five years) , I got my LIC degree. IN SOCIAL WORK, thank you God !!!!!

Mi hija continuo mis pasos, y al igual que yo, después del nacimiento de la niña, retomó sus estudios y logró (también en el tiempo estimado) el título de LIC. EN ADMINISTRACIÓN, MENCIÓN RECURSOS HUMANOS, gracias Dios!!!!!!

My daughter continued in my footsteps, and like me, after the birth of the girl, she resumed her studies and achieved (also in the estimated time) the title of LIC. IN ADMINISTRATION, MENTION HUMAN RESOURCES, thank you God !!!!!!
Entre mis gustos está el deporte, la meditación y la lectura, seguidora de los Gloriosos Leones del Caracas, me encanta el béisbol, por una temporada asistía al gimnasio y caminaba en el Parque Francisco de Miranda (antiguo Parque del este), actualmente camino en el parque, practico yoga, chikung y cuando puedo subo al Waraira Repano y Volcán.

Among my tastes is sports, meditation and reading, a follower of the Glorious Lions of Caracas, I love baseball, for a season I attended the gym and walked in the Francisco de Miranda Park (old East Park), currently I walk in the park, I practice yoga, chikung and when I can I go up to the Waraira Repano and Volcán.

Divorciada, madre de una hija y abuela de una nieta, (por supuesto, mi nieta me llama NOHE), estoy aquí, feliz de estar haciendo esta presentación y compartiendo mis vivencias con ustedes, ya que deseo pertenecer a este gran comunidad, por lo que he leído, es como una familia, cosa que me parece genial.

Divorced, mother of a daughter and grandmother of a granddaughter, (of course, my granddaughter calls me NOHE), I am here, happy to be doing this presentation and sharing my experiences with you, since I want to belong to this great community, so that I have read, it is like a family, which I think is great .

Los contenidos que trataré en mi blog (una vez sea aceptada), serán diversos, quisiera compartir con ustedes mis experiencias en las prácticas deportivas que les comenté (caminatas, yoga, chikung, escalar), entre otros, al igual que mis temas favoritos de lectura.

The content that I will discuss on my blog (once it is accepted) will be diverse, I would like to share with you my experiences in the sports practices that I mentioned (walks, yoga, chikung, climbing), among others, as well as my favorite topics of reading.

También deseo acompañar mi blog, con las experiencias vividas en estos tiempos de pandemia, ya que vivo sola y me ha correspondido no solo superar esta situación, sino aprender a realizar recetas cortas de comidas y postres (les confieso que no soy muy buena cocinera).
