When the unexpected happens, it's time to pause and reflect, reorganise, reboot, restart without the toxic patterns of the past.
What has unfolded, can only be accepted. Acceptance is the key to finding the solution.
Covid19 pandemic has thrown the world into absolute chaos. Economy, lifestyle, sustenance, survival, all has been severely hit. A new way of perceiving and living is unfolding.
World is in Quarantine.
Another word for Quarantine is Healing.
Self isolation, Quarantine is a time to heal self and surrounding.
With humans out of the way, earth is healing.
Birds are chirping, sparrows are returning, flowers are blooming, ozone layer is healing, earth is smiling.
And so should you.
The only thing that is a stress is money... economy. The economic collapse has already been triggered. The avalanche is rolling. Should you keep looking at it and wait for it to crush you ?
Of course it will have to be faced by all. We will all be hurt. But the resilience of life is that it always finds another way.
For a moment think you were in a beautiful picture, growing your own food, building your own cabin in the forest, with beautiful abundant earth all around giving you all you needed. Doing what makes you happy . With good neighbours a little distance away. In short, a self sustaining community with minimal dependence on money and excesses of industrialisation. Would this covid19, quarantine scare or frustrate you so much. No ..... You would be happy living aligned with seasons of the universe. Living the cycle of give and take with the Universe.
Fairytale like, Yes!
Utopian, Yes!
Possible,Yes!
Healing, Yes!
A new way of being, Yes!
All our lives we have been running. Running against time to fulfill targets and strike off the check list. Quarantine and Covid19 have put a halt on this senseless running.
Use your isolation to reflect upon adjacent possibilities of a better way. Strengthen your soul, harmonise your world.
Accept the Unexpected and see what it has really brought at your doorstep. Perhaps you are not seeing the pearl hidden somewhere.
You can turn this moment into an enriching experience or let it fade into nothingness and noise.
There is no space for fear 'coz whatever happens, happens for the best in the bigger picture.
My clandestine liaison with art, writing, reading, esoteric began when I was caught in quarantine like situations and my parents said, "no tv. Don't make a noise, figure out something to occupy your time!"
✨And then I lived surrounded by oaks and pines with no tv, no noise, figuring out what to do to occupy time.
✨Cities pushed me further into a corner....tv, noise, conflict, politics of living urged me to create my own quarantine.
✨Creativity is born of restless boredom and limited availability of tools & entertainment. So if you have nothing to do, you are in a creative zone…. Flow.
And so it begins.....
Every story, every song, every picture sweet.
With a blank canvas, pristine clean.
A few strokes here and there,
Like confusion stand.
Only the artist sees the picture,
She has been painting in her heart,
Sweet, like a dream, another reality.
Soon hues begin to fill the spaces white.
And a picture begins to emerge,
A little hesitant, a little bold.
Butterflies take flight.
Waterfalls gain momentum.
The blade of grass begins to sway.
Poppies bloom....
Like passion dots that flame in her heart.
Water cascades....
Like tears that rained a storm that burns inside.
That drops her to the ground and lifts her to the skies.
Surrendering to the trajectory of time,
She releases the butterflies to flutter free.
Just like he holds her in his gaze, and sets her free.
Accepting what is and what is not to be, she moves her tiny brush.
And
The world thinks
It is just a pretty landscape sweet.
A pretty landscape indeed ...
That hides in her heart as she hides in it.
A pretty landscape indeed....
My video of the process of creation of my latest oil painting on canvas. My 10th addition to the Sequence "Soul Knot".... The process of creation is the journey of the soul. An experience of an experience.
