Lo que utilizaremos será lo siguiente.
- Harina de trigo
- Azúcar
-Aceite
-Agua
-Mantequilla
-1 huevo

-Water- Butter
-1 egg
In a pot add 2 glasses of water with a tablespoon of butter, bring to a boil.
Cuando el agua ya esté bien caliente agregamos rápidamente 2 taza de harina de trigo y mezclamos para integrar muy bien a fuego lento por 2 minutos. Su apariencia será como si se fuera cortado la masa, pero no te preocupes vas muy bien.

Apagamos el fuego y agregamos el huevo sin parar de mezclar (preferiblemente con una paleta de madera), si vemos que le falta agua le agregamos un poquito hasta que nos de una consistencia como pegostosa.

La agregamos en una manga repostera, y colocamos a calentar el aceite. Cuando este Bien caliente comenzamos a freir.

In a plate we add sugar to taste, when the churro is ready we place it in the plate with sugar, or else you add the sugar in a sprinkled form, and ready you can eat it with sugar or add chocolate, as you wish.
