Today we will learn how to make Chicken Butter Fry. Chicken is one of the most eaten meat in many parts of the world, There are enormous benefits that it has to offer apart from the tasty delight it is. Today I will be sharing a recipe for Chicken Butter fry.
Ingridients
- BONELESS CHICKEN 300gm
- BLACK PEPPER 1tbsp
- CHILLY POWDER 1tbsp
- TANDOORI MASALA 1/2tbsp
- SALT (as per taste)
- BUTTER 3tbsp
- LEMON JUICE 1tbsp
- MAIDA 4tbsp
- CORNFLOUR 3tbsp
- CHILLY FLAKES 1/2tbsp
- GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1tbsp
- 2 EGGS
- COOKING OIL
Procedure
- Firstly marinate the chicken with salt, pepper powder, red chilly powder, tandoori masala, butter, lemon juice.
Keep it for 10-15 minutes
In a different bowl make the batter, add maida, cornflour, salt, black pepper, red chilly powder, chilly flakes, ginger garlic paste, butter and 2 eggs. Mix it all well.
- Now add the marinated chicken pieces into this mixture and then after mixing keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat some oil in a pan and add the chicken pieces one by one and fry them till you achieve a reddish colour.
- Take them off the stove
The Chicken Butter Fry is ready to serve.
