Tomorrow is our birthday, so from today with the help of my mother we decided to make the cakes, and believe me that it is quite late here but tomorrow is our day and I honestly do not want to do much hahahaha, although in reality tomorrow we also have to do A couple of things for the celebration so from today we had to advance some things and among those the cakes that we are going to fry tomorrow, today we just put them together and I think they were great or at least I hope so.
Como mi hermana y yo tuvimos la tarde ocupada buscando algunas cosas para la celebración de mañana y arreglandonos las uñas porque mañana queremos estar bonitas y pasarla genial, entonces mi mamá nos ayudó adelantando el relleno de los pasteles, el cual iba a ser arroz con carne (pasteles gochos) entonces ella preparó el arroz y la carne y cuando nosotras llegamos los unimos y mi hermana preparó la masa pues ella siempre es la encargada de eso porque le queda genial, a la misma solo agrega harina leudante, azúcar, aceite, sal y agua y le queda muy bien.
As my sister and I had a busy afternoon looking for some things for tomorrow's celebration and fixing our nails because tomorrow we want to be pretty and have a great time, so my mother helped us by advancing the filling of the cakes, which was going to be rice with meat (pastries gochos) so she prepared the rice and the meat and when we arrived we joined them and my sister prepared the dough because she is always in charge of that because it looks great, she only adds self-rising flour, sugar, oil, salt and water and it suits him very well.
Luego llegó mi mamá y nos ayudó a estirar la masa mientras mi hermana y yo los ibamos armando y poniendo en bandejas de 12 pasteles, menos mal nuestras uñas no se dañaron jajajaja. Además les cuento que de 2 kilos de harina y un kilo de carne nos salieron aproximadamente 90 pasteles, los cuales repartiremos mañana en la reunión con nuestros amigos, espero sean suficientes pues mis amigos comen demasiado y nosotras también, aunque mi hermana no podrá probarlos por la recuperación de su estómago.

Finalmente luego de taparlos, los metimos al congelador para como les dije freirlos mañana. Es bueno tener un buen equipo para estas cosas y para todo, pues a pesar de comenzar tarde pues terminamos rápido. Siento que mañana será un día increíble y por supuesto que les contaré.
