Mi auto-presentación Ingles/ español

A pleasure for the entire community, my name is Mauricio Toro, I am a 19-year-old Venezuelan resident in the country's capital. The beautiful city of Caracas is my homeland and where I experienced the most beautiful memories of my life.

My personal interests and extracurricular activities are entirely focused on the sports world, I am a passionate Major League Baseball prospect who was sadly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. My signing date was for June 2020 and that complicated my sports performance, thanks to the restrictions implemented to prevent contagion. Besides, it is no secret to anyone that the blockades provided to the country are an impediment to the observation of players by elite academies in search of new members. I kept waiting, eager to play again... Many months passed without the opportunity to set foot on a field and by the time they managed to see me, my performance had weakened and my sports career was out of the game.

The position where I stood out the most in the games was as a pitcher thanks to my throwing qualities for being left-handed and the natural curvature that the ball takes due to the throwing technique.

They are part of the most beautiful memories and moments that I can treasure from baseball, today after so many medals, trophies and recognitions do not take away the bad taste in the mouth that the pandemic left and the opportunity to sign for a major league team. Recently, I dedicate myself to training players from children's categories in the academy where I once practiced, trained staff and discovered new horizons where I could specialize thanks to the knowledge obtained.

I believe that knowledge is the key to success and success was not achieved by sitting in a corner thinking about what I did wrong, it only remains to dry tears, shake and knees and continue stealing bases in the game of life. I consider that I will focus my content on the platform mainly on sports and educational topics: such as exercise routines, balanced diets, care for lessons, etc.

Un gusto para toda la comunidad, mi nombre es Mauricio Toro, soy venezolano de 19 años de edad residenciado en la capital del país. La hermosa ciudad de Caracas es mi tierra natal y donde he experimentado los más bonitos recuerdo de mi vida.

Mis intereses personales y actividades extra-curriculares están centradas en su totalidad para el mundo deportivo, soy un apasionado beisbolista prospecto a grandes ligas que tristemente se vio afectado por la pandemia Covid-19. Mi fecha de firma era para junio del 2020 y eso me complico mi rendimiento deportivo, gracias a las restricciones implementadas para prevenir el contagio. Aparte, para nadie es un secreto que los bloqueos proporcionados al país son un impedimento para la observación de jugadores por parte de las academias de elite en busca de nuevos integrantes. Me mantuve a la espera, desosó por volver a jugar... Pasaron muchos meses sin la oportunidad de pisar un campo y para cuando vinieron a verme mi rendimiento había disminuido drásticamente y mi carrera deportiva quedo fuera de juego.

La posición donde más destacaba en los partidos era como pítcher gracias a mis cualidades de lanzamiento por ser zurdo y la natural curvatura que toma la bola por la técnica de lanzamiento.

Son partes de los recuerdos y momentos más bonitos que puedo atesorar del beisbol, hoy día luego de tantas medallas, trofeos y reconocimientos no quitan el mal sabor de boca que dejo la pandemia y la oportunidad de firmar para un equipo de grandes ligas. Recientemente, me dedico a entrenar a jugadores de categorías infantiles en la academia donde alguna vez practique, entrenamiento personal y descubrir nuevos horizontes donde pueda especializarme gracias al conocimiento obtenido.

Creo que el conocimiento es la clave para el éxito y el éxito no se logra sentado en una esquina pensando el que hice mal, solo queda secar lágrimas, sacudir y rodillas y seguir robando bases en el juego de la vida. Considero que centraré mis contenidos en la plataforma mayormente a temas deportivos y educativos: como rutinas de ejercicios, dietas balanceadas, cuidados para las lecciones, etc.
