Today I have come to make you sweet.Yes, today I have brought you a very beautiful Gulab Jamun made with semolina.It is one of the most famous sweet recipes in India.Its specialty is that it is found everywhere in India.So today I am showing you step-by-step how to make this recipe easily at home.

Ingredients of Golap Jam Recipe: -
Ghee - 1 Tbsp
Milk - 1 Cup
Suji / Semolina - 1/2 Cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Sugar - 1.5 Cup
Sugar - 1.5 Cup

First of all, heated a fry pan and put A spoonful of ghee.

When the ghee a little hot, then give you a cup of milk.

Then cook the milk and Ghee in a medium flame while stirring.
We have to cook constantly stirring the milk and we will wait until the milk boils.

When the milk starts to boil, then gently give semolina slowly.
Add semolina little by little and keep mixing well.
Make half a cup of semolina slowly two or three times.
Semolina can't be added at once, otherwise semolina will get stuck.

It should be stirred until it becomes Mawa.
Then pour it on a plate and let it cool.

And in it give one-fourth spoon of cardamom powder.
Then mixed well for five minutes.

Then you have to make balls of Gulab Jamun by applying a little ghee in your hand.

Then took the amount of sugar in a pan to make sugar juice.

When the sugar is completely melted, gently stirred for 5 to 7 minutes.
This time give 1/4 th teaspoon of cardamom powder in this juice.

When the sugar becomes syrup, pour it in a container.

Then take refined oil in a pan

Then leave the Gulab Jamun in light hot oil.
Fry it in medium to low flame.

Fry slowly and You will see that the color is changing like golden brown.

Then sifted from oil And should be dipped in the juice.
Dip on suger juice in 3 to 4 hours.
