Today we are back with the Beauty Tips and this week we are going to make masks with Aloe Vera or Aloe Vera to take care of our face, I hope you enjoy this very simple and economical trick, having said that, let's get started.

Hoy estamos devuelta con los Tips de Belleza y esta semana vamos a hacer mascarillas con Aloe Vera o Sábila para cuidar nuestro rostro, espero disfruten de este truco muy sencillo y económico, una vez dicho esto, vamos a comenzar.
Step 1: The first thing we are going to do a night before, is to locate the plant and cut a stalk, so that it can throw away all traces of aloin it has, which is the yellowish liquid of unpleasant odor, which can be irritating to the skin, this substance is expelled from the plant when a leaf or stalk of the same is wounded as a defense mechanism to avoid being damaged.
Step 2: The next day, I prepare myself to wash the plant, first I place to boil some water, and while the same enters in a boiling state, I prepare myself to remove the shell or skin of the same, to keep the crystal, I place all the crystal in a container, and when the water is boiling, I turn off the stove or stove, and very carefully I introduce the crystal and after a few seconds I remove it and place all the crystal in a container and wait for the temperature to lower.
Paso 1: Lo primero que vamos a hacer una noche antes, es ubicar la planta y cortar una penca, de manera que la misma pueda botar todo rastro de aloína que tenga, la cual es el líquido amarillento de olor desagradable, que puede ser irritante para la piel, esta sustancia se expulsa de la planta cuando de hiere una hoja o penca de la misma como mecanismo de defensa para no ser dañada.
Paso 2: Al día siguiente, me dispongo a lavar la planta, primero coloco a hervir un poco de agua, y mientras la misma entra en estado de ebullición, yo me dispongo a retirar la concha o piel de la misma, para quedarme con el cristal, coloco todo el cristal en un recipiente, y cuando el agua esté hirviendo, apago la hornilla o estufa, y con mucho cuidado introduzco el cristal y luego de unos segundos lo retiro y coloco todo el cristal en un recipiente y espero a que baje la temperatura.
Step 3: When the crystal is fresh, we take a part that is enough for our face and the surplus we keep it in a jar with a lid, for anything else we are going to do, in my case, you will know the other use I give to the aloe vera crystal in the next publication of beauty tips.
With our face washed we are going to take a part of the crystal and we are going to apply it directly to the face, with circular movements until the slime or gel product of the same crystal covers all our skin until it dries.
Step 4: This type of natural masks I recommend doing it at night, so you can leave the aloe vera gel to act all night, however for those who do not like the feeling and do not want to leave it all night, you should wait for the gel to be absorbed by the skin while it dries, once you feel that the skin is completely dry, remove with plenty of water and the cleansing soap that you usually use.
Paso 3: Al estar fresco el cristal, tomamos una parte que sea suficiente para nuestro rostro y el excedente lo guardamos en un frasco con tapa, para cualquier otra cosa que vayamos a hacer, en mi caso, sabrán la otra utilidad que le doy al cristal de la sábila o áloe vera en la próxima publicación de tips de belleza.
Con nuestra cara lavada vamos a tomar una parte del cristal y vamos a aplicarlo directo a la cara, con movimientos circulares hasta que la baba o gel producto del mismo cristal cubra toda nuestra piel hasta que seque.
Paso 4: Este tipo de mascarillas naturales yo recomiendo hacerlo en las noches, para que puedas dejar actuar al gel de la sábila o el áloe vera toda la noche, sin embargo para el que no le guste la sensación y no quiera dejarlo toda la noche, debe esperar a que dicho gel sea absorbido por la piel mientras seca, una vez al sentir que la piel está completamente seca, retirar con abundante agua y el jabón limpiador que usa de costumbre.
Step 5: In this step we proceed to tone the skin to close the pore, if you have read my previous publications of beauty tips, you will already know that I use a tonic for combination to oily skin, however, for the purpose of this publication which is completely natural, we will use ice.... we take one or two ice cubes, and with the help of a cloth napkin or handkerchief we are going to activate the melting of the ice, and we are going to place it on our face with circular movements, until it is finished, it is normal that the skin turns pink or red at the moment, it is because of the cold of the ice, this helps to stop the excessive production of sebum, helps to close the pore and prevents the development of impurities, lowers the inflammation of pimples, blackheads or whiteheads, and in that way dries them faster.
Step 6: Finally, I always recommend moisturizing the skin, to restore the water particles necessary to maintain a healthy glow and regulate the texture of our skin, in this opportunity, I will use my usual moisturizer, however, for those who do not have one, you can make a mask based on honey and oatmeal, apply it for 15 minutes and then wash your face as usual. Honey has millions of beneficial properties for the skin.

Paso 5: En este paso procede el tonificar la piel para cerrar el poro, sí has leído mis publicaciones anteriores de tips de belleza, ya sabrás que yo uso un tónico para pieles mixtas a grasa, sin embargo, en propósito de esta publicación que es completamente natural, vamos a utilizar hielo... tomamos uno o dos cubitos, y con ayuda de una servilleta de tela o pañuelo vamos a activar el derretimiento del hielo, y lo vamos a colocar en nuestro rostro con movimientos circulares, hasta que se acabe, es normal que la piel se coloque rosa o roja al momento, es por el frío del hielo, esto ayuda a detener la producción excesiva de sebo, ayuda a cerrar el poro y previene el desarrollo de impurezas, baja la inflamación de espinillas, puntos negros o blancos, y de esa forma los seca más rápido.
Paso 6: Para finalizar, siempre recomiendo hidratar la piel, para devolver las partículas de agua necesarias para conservar un brillo saludable y regular la textura de nuestra piel, en esta oportunidad, utilizaré mi crema hidratante de costumbre, sin embargo, para los que no dispongan de una, pueden hacerse una mascarilla a base de miel y avena, aplicarla por 15 minutos y luego lavar su cara como de costumbre. La miel de abeja tiene millones de propiedades benéficas para la piel.
