I want to share with this whole cute community a way to help strengthen the immune system through the intake of healthy food, for this today I bring you a delicious but nutritious recipe where the star ingredient that I want to highlight are vegetables.
On this occasion I have the following vegetables but I want you to know that it is not limiting, you can give rein to your imagination and of course, what you have at home. Now, let's get started!
- 1 Chicken breast
- 1 large onion
- 1 garlic head
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Paprika
- 1 Eggplant
- 4 Small carrots
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Potatoes
- Salt, to taste
- Oil
- Oregano
- Turmeric.
The mixture to macerate the chicken is prepared with garlic, salt and oregano, which is crushed into a mortar as illustrated below.
The chicken breast is chopped and then seasoned and macerated with the prepared mixture.
In the meantime we proceed to chop the vegetables in the way that we like the most in my case I made a combination between cubes and strips
Once the vegetables are chopped, the breast is sautéed in a preheated container with a little oil.
Once the breast is cooked / sofried proceeds to incorporate the vegetables starting with the hardest, i.e. eggplant and potatoes, which are left to saute for about 5min, over the course the turmeric is added and the taste of salt is corrected. Add tomato and let it cook for 5min more.
Then add the carrot, which is left to cook for 2min, then the zucchini, and finally the onion and paprika.
Once cooked the vegetables are removed from the heat of the kitchen, this process lasts between 5 to 8 min to ensure that they retain their nutritional properties. Once the process is complete, proceed to start and taste this delicious and nutritious dish.
I love eating vegetables because in addition to nutritional value it also helps me a lot with the issue of intestinal transit, I have personally checked this and I recommend them 100%.
