Because we live in a tourist area, we have different kinds of fish. and in my home we consume a lot of this wonderful protein.
This time the fish to be prepared is called: Lebranche.
(Lunch for: 5 people).
Next, the ingredients and the step by step:
Ingredients:
- 1 kilo of Fish (Lebranche cut in optional wheel)
- 2 medium tomatoes.
- ½ Paprika.
- ½ White cabbage.
- 1 large carrot.
- 1 kilo of Lebranche Fish cut into wheels.
- Mayonnaise (2 teaspoon).
- Mustard (1 teaspoon).
- 1 kilo of Rice (Vaporized Optional).
- 3 Lemons.
- Vinegar (2 teaspoons).
- Vegetable oil (100 ml).
- Salt and sugar to taste.
Step 1
The Rice
Place your saucepan on the stove over medium heat and add 2 cups of rice, 4 cups of water, and 2 teaspoons of salt. Once it starts to boil in about 15 minutes, lower the heat to low and cover your rice for 5 to 6 more minutes, then turn off the heat. You will have a ready, loose and delicious rice.
Step 2
The Salad
Previously wash all the vegetables that are going to be used.
Recommendation: In a bowl of water, add 2 tablespoons of vinegar and then put the cabbage for at least 10 minutes. To kill any batteries you may have.
Cut your vegetables:
The 2 tomatoes: thinly sliced and then in half.
The Carrot: Remove its skin and then with the help of a ray, pass it through the finest part of the ray.
The ½ Paprika: Cut into thin strips.
Cabbage: Cut as finely as possible.
Then in a bowl we place all the vegetables already cut: cabbage, tomato, paprika and carrot.
Seasoned: To give it the special touch, we add the mayonnaise, the salt and the sugar. We mix everything together and our salad is ready.
Step 3
Fried fish
Place a frying pan on the stove over medium heat, add 100ml of vegetable oil, wait at least 3 minutes for the oil to be completely hot.
Take your fish in a wheel and season with salt. And place very carefully in the pan, let both parts of the fish fry well until they turn golden, at least 4 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and you are done.
Step 4
Obtained Result
All our food is ready.
In a plate place the fried fish, the loose rice, the salad and do not forget to place the lemon, previously cut.
To decorate the dish, add a few parsley leaves over the rice.
Now we take it to our table and we can enjoy this delicious dish, this time I shared this lunch with my family.
