Firstly the locust beans was cooked, and I make sure it was well cooked and soft , after then we leave it to get cold, after it was well cold them we started peeling out the black cover.
After everything is well peeld then, it was washed in a very clean water and leave for like three to five days cover in a very tight container
After then it was granded in a machine, after it was granded, then we shape them into a round shape and spread in the sun for some days, so it will get dreid. After then you can start using it for any different types of meal you want
