Once you append your “signature” to a document. No matter the style you use, you may have agreed to be bound by the “terms” of the contract whether favorable or not.
Although, there are exceptions to this- such as Mistake, Misrepresentation, Fraud etc.
A vigilant party is the one who brings a lawyer to the table.
Also, you can’t be docile on your right and expect the law to shield you at the same time. No amount of ignorance or lack of understanding of the agreement will save you in court.
Which is better to do? Involve a lawyer before signing a Contract or after signing?
