Buenas noches comunidad de Gems! Que tal? Quiero compartir con ustedes una receta básica y venezolana se trata de tostones fritos de topocho verde, esta fruta es una variedad de banana con propiedades muy nutritivas para el organismo. A continuación les presentare como preparar esta receta.

Los ingrediente principal son:

• Topocho verde.
• Sal.
• Aceite.

The main ingredients are:

√ Green mole.
√ Salt.
√ Oil.

• Preparación

Paso 1
Lo principal es picar ambas puntas de los topochos, luego pelamos toda la concha y los lavamos.

The main thing is to chop both tips of the moles, then we peel the entire shell and wash them.

Paso 2
Se pican los topochos en la mitad (corte axial) se pica nuevamente en rebanadas y se agrega la sal al gusto.

Paso 3
Se debe precalentar un sarten a fuego medio, se comienzan a frei los tostonos hasta estar dorados por ambos lados, se sacan del sarten y se colocan en plato o bol con papel absorbo para que se absorba el aceite y comenzar a pizarlos con un rodillo de madera para luego volver a freir y colocarlos en el plato con el papel.

Por último agregamos una pisca de sal y servimos los tostones en un plato, esta receta puede ser utilizada para una merienda o para acompañar un almuerzo.
