Hola mis amores feliz comienzo de semana, el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una rica receta familiar que me provocó realizar en casa, es nada más y nada menos que una sopa tipo cruzado de carnes, aquí les voy a dejar su respectivo cafecito ☕ y vamos con los ingredientes que vamos a utilizar:

  • Carnes (Lagarto sin hueso y costilla de res)
  • Vegetales (cebolla, pimentón y ají)
  • Verduras variadas (auyama, apio y ocumo)
  • Cilantro y cebollín
  • Condimentos (Sabroseador, comino y sal)

Lo primero que vamos a realizar es picar y limpiar nuestras carnes, dejándole un poco de grasa que ésta le de un toque sabroso a nuestro caldo.

Una vez que la hemos lavado la pondremos cocinar, agregamos en la olla de presión la mitad de agua, agregamos la carne, condimentamos y le colocamos sola al gusto y dejamos cocinar hasta que hierva, este proceso demora alrededor de unos 10 minutos.

Hello my loves, happy beginning of the week, today I want to share with you a delicious family recipe that provoked me to make at home, it is nothing more and nothing less than a cross type soup of meats, here I will leave their respective cafecito ☕ and let's go with the ingredients that we will use:

  • Meats (boneless lizard and beef rib).
  • Vegetables (onion, paprika and chili)
  • Assorted vegetables (pumpkin, celery and octopus)
  • Cilantro and chives
  • Seasonings (Sabroseador, cumin and salt)

The first thing we are going to do is to chop and clean our meats, leaving a little bit of fat to give a tasty touch to our broth.

Once we have washed it we will put it to cook, we add in the pressure cooker half of the water, we add the meat, we season it and we put it alone to the taste and we let it cook until it boils, this process takes about 10 minutes.

Cuando nuestra carne este cocida la sacamos del agua y a esa misma agua le vamos a agregar nuestra verdura previamente lavadas y picadas para que se cocinen con el sabor de nuestra carne.

When our meat is cooked we take it out of the water and to that same water we are going to add our previously washed and chopped vegetables so that they cook with the flavor of our meat.

Ya por último lo que nos quede ases picar nuestros aliños, cilantro y cebollín bien picaditos.

En Una olla grande vamos a incluir nuestra carne ya cocida, el agua de nuestras verduras y sus respectivas verduras con jojoto y le pondremos nuestros aliños picados.

Dejamos cocinar le agregamos más Sabroseador, si tienen cubito de carne se lo pueden agregar o un sobre de sopa Maggi. Verifican el sabor y agregan más sal al gusto. Cuando hierva ya está listo para servir y disfrutar en familia.

Finally, the last thing we have left is to chop our seasonings, cilantro and chives finely chopped.

In a large pot we are going to include our already cooked meat, the water of our vegetables and their respective vegetables with jojoto and we will add our chopped seasonings.

Let it cook and add more Sabroseador, if you have a meat cube you can add it or a sachet of Maggi soup. Check the flavor and add more salt to taste. When it boils it is ready to serve and enjoy with the family.
