[ENG / ESP]Cumpleaños # 1 de mi Hijo / My Son's # 1 Birthday

Hoy les quiero compartir este hermoso recuerdo del Primer Añito de Evan Daniel.

Today I want to share with you this beautiful memory of Evan Daniel's First Year.

Les confieso que festejar mi cumpleaños nunca fue motivo de celebración, tampoco era que me alegraba mucho por el de otros… pero la llegada de mi bebé hizo cambiar todo, trajo luz a mi vida. Estaba tan emocionada por tenerlo a mi lado, porque es un niño bueno y aunque lo más seguro es que no recuerde ese día para los que le amamos era el día mas especial y quisimos celebrarlo!

I confess that celebrating my birthday was never a reason for celebration, nor was it that I was very happy for others ... but the arrival of my baby changed everything, brought light to my life. I was so excited to have him by my side, because he is a good boy and although most likely he does not remember that day for those of us who love him it was the most special day and we wanted to celebrate it!

Desde que Evan cumplió sus 5 meses aproximadamente se me ocurrió mostrarle el video de Baby Shark, ya que amo la temática marina y me pareció una comiquita muy linda, llamativa y sus canciones muy originales. Evan se intereso mucho y desde ese momento fue Baby Shark doo doo doo día y noche!

Since Evan was approximately 5 months old, it occurred to me to show him the Baby Shark video, since I love the marine theme and I found it a very cute, striking comic and her very original songs. Evan was very interested and from that moment he was Baby Shark doo doo doo day and night!

Era increíble verlo maravillado viendo la comiquita, se quedaba quieto y luego ya reconocía las canciones, se convirtió en un Baby Shark, incluso le compramos un peluche que aun adora.

It was incredible to see him marveling at the comic, he stayed still and then he recognized the songs, he became a Baby Shark, we even bought him a stuffed animal that he still adores.

Cuando comenzamos a pensar en qué y de qué le haríamos su primer cumpleaños, mi esposo y yo llegamos al acuerdo que sería de Los Vengadores Bebé, pero como Evan llego a nuestras vidas para romper paradigmas, vimos tanto interés en esa comiquita en específico que decidimos celebrarle el cumpleaños con esa temática. Poco a poco fuimos comprando materiales, ya que mi esposo tiene unas manos bendecidas y es muy creativo y nosotros mismos nos encargaríamos de todo.

When we began to think about what and what we would make of his first birthday, my husband and I agreed that it would be The Avengers Baby, but as Evan came into our lives to break paradigms, we saw so much interest in that specific comic that we decided celebrate his birthday with that theme. Little by little we were buying materials, since my husband has blessed hands and is very creative and we would take care of everything ourselves.

Como yo no soy buena en eso de las manualidades sino me que destaco mas en lo digital, me encargue que toda la organización, logística y de realizar el diseño de la tarjeta de invitación.

As I am not good at crafts but I excel more in digital, I was in charge of all the organization, logistics and the design of the invitation card.

Comenzamos a decorar desde la noche anterior, ya que lo realizamos en casa de mi suegra. Nos estuvieron ayudando un vecinito y el primo de mi esposo.

We started decorating from the night before, since we did it at my mother-in-law's house. A neighbor and my husband's cousin were helping us.

Mi esposo tuvo cuidado de cada detalle, las burbujas en la pared tenían fotografías de Evan, todo se veía espectacular! Teníamos un magnifico acuario en la sala de la casa.

My husband took care of every detail, the bubbles on the wall had pictures of Evan, everything looked spectacular! We had a magnificent aquarium in the living room of the house.

Desde que amaneció todo fue risas y alegría! Siempre nos decían que todos los niños en su primer cumpleaños lloran, se duerme o se enferman. Pero como les mencione, Evan rompe paradigmas! Desde que se despertó noto el movimiento, se le notaba la emoción. Una amiga le regaló una Minitorta, nunca había comido torta, estábamos esperando que tuviera 1 año para darle dulces, aprovechamos para hacerle una sesión de fotos junto con los globos que están por toda la sala.

Since dawn, everything was laughter and joy! They always told us that all children on their first birthday cry, fall asleep or get sick. But as I mentioned, Evan breaks paradigms! Since he woke up he noticed the movement, the emotion was noticeable. A friend gave him a Mini Cake, he had never eaten cake, we were waiting for him to be 1 year old to give him sweets, we took the opportunity to do a photo session with the balloons that are all over the room.

Realmente mi esposo y yo estábamos felices y muy satisfechos de cómo quedo todo. Los invitados quedaban maravillados al entrar a la casa. Contamos con la ayuda de dos amigos que son recreadores y estuvieron animando a los presentes.

My husband and I were really happy and very satisfied with how everything turned out. The guests were amazed when they entered the house. We have the help of two friends who are reenactors and were encouraging those present.

El Cumpleañero no podía faltar!

The Birthday Boy could not be absent!

Entre Risas, amor y mucha ternura llego el momento de Cantar Cumpleaños!

Between Laughter, love and much tenderness, it was time to Sing Birthday!

Conseguimos muchas cosas súper económicas, el festejo, los pasapalos, la Torta que fue la coprotagonista del día! La mande a realizar con una señora que me la recomendaron y que había visto sus trabajos y realmente se veía que trabajaba muy bien y muy bonito.

We got a lot of super cheap things, the celebration, the appetizers, the Cake that was the co-star of the day! I had it done with a lady who recommended it to me and that she had seen her work and you could really see that she worked very well and very beautifully.

Cuando termino la Fiesta Evan aun tenia las Pilas bien puestas! Entonces comenzamos a abrir los regalos, fue otro momento de emoción para èl y para nosotros al ver su cara de felicidad.

When the party ended, Evan still had the batteries in good condition! Then we began to open the gifts, it was another moment of emotion for him and for us to see his happy face.

Pero ahí no terminó todo… al día siguiente la destrucción total jajaja

But it did not end there ... the next day the total destruction hahaha

El 17 de Junio de 2020 fue un día inolvidable, Evan Daniel disfrutó su día desde que comenzó hasta que terminó. Gracias a Dios es un niño muy amado por muchos y no faltaron las muestras de amor y cariño hacia él. Dicen que el primer año es de los Padres pero aunque no lo recuerde cuando este grande sabemos que lo disfruto tanto como nosotros. Solo quedan fotos para cuando esté grande sepa que desde siempre hemos hecho lo posible por verlo feliz y siempre que podamos le celebraremos su cumpleaños!

June 17, 2020 was an unforgettable day, Evan Daniel enjoyed his day from the beginning to the end. Thank God he is a child very loved by many and there was no lack of love and affection towards him. They say that the first year is for the Padres but even if I don't remember it when I was grown up, we know that I enjoy it as much as we do. There are only photos left for when he is older, know that we have always done everything possible to see him happy and whenever we can we will celebrate his birthday!
