Sticking to you goals from three years ago I'm sure must've been a hard road but now you don't have to think about the last too much, I'm positive getting a psychologist help is a good idea if not the best.
I am starting and my clientele is not great but with perseverance I am sure it will go uphill.
Good things takes time and that's why they last longer. This is the start of things and everything is a process.
Those meals are damn very attractive and I'm sure it would be even more yummy when you taste it, though idk most of the names of the food, I sure am familiar with rice, looks like Nigerian jollof rice or is that what it is..
Also, don't forget to always enjoy every bit of your achievements, hope to see more of yummy food, now I think Im feeling hungry after see your post, got to eat something, how I wish I can order some for lunch rn 😊

Here we have something similar but with a Spanish name "Bistec a lo pobre"

Thank you so much, right now it is very hard but it should be like this 😂😂 The menu is expanding, these are some creole dishes from the country where I am, Peru, I am a foreigner in this country and I have learned that the public here is very picky, demanding and does not like new things very much but I am working on how to introduce all I want, for now it's little by little and a hard way to go

I have a favorite dish it's called "Cabrito a la norteña peruano" because I love that it is prepared with some beans that are very soft and melt in your mouth
