En una noche tranquila,
caminaba algo de pequeña medida,
era un trozo de pizza,
que al parecer estaba perdida,
se cayó de una caja sencilla,
que sobre la mesa permanecía.
On a quiet night,
something of small size was walking,
it was a piece of pizza,
which apparently was lost,
fell out of a simple box,
which remained on the table.
La pizza se siente perdida,
no sabe donde buscar guarida,
entra en un cajón que huele a vainilla,
pero no está tranquila
y vuelve a salir con una sonrisa
que se le adhirió a su fisionomía.
The pizza feels lost,
itdoesn't know where to look for shelter,
it enters a drawer that smells of vanilla,
but it is not at ease
and comes out again with a smile
that has become attached to its physiognomy.
La pizza continúa su andar,
hasta que la ve un gato que cerca está,
el felino la quiere devorar,
pero al ver su sonrisa, la debe evitar,
él sabe que no se hace daño jamás,
a quien feliz está.
The pizza continues to walk,
until it sees a cat nearby,
the feline wants to devour it,
but seeing his smile, he must avoid it,
he knows that no harm is ever done
to those who are happy.
Lo que sí hace aquel felino,
es buscar una sonrisa sin motivo,
para protegerse de los peligros
y evitar que lo dañe el gentío,
porque una sonrisa llena de brillo,
es la mejor manera para vivir tranquilo.
What that feline does do,
is to look for a big smile,
to protect himself from dangers
and avoid being harmed for no reason,
because a smile full of brightness
is the best way to live peacefully.
