Hola amigos de hive les queria contar que estoy retomando mi rutina de hacer ejercicio pero esta vez si sere constante, porque siempre hago ejercicio pero nunca constante de verdad y llego un punto en el que no lo hago y yap jeje, pero les contare por aqui mi rutina
Well the first thing I did was make a schedule in which I will cover exercise from Monday to Saturday, leaving Sunday as my only day off for the body to rest, make this schedule to be able to have an order and really do the exercises
Bueno lo primero que hice fue realizar un horario en los que cubrire de ejercicio de lunes a sabado dejando el domingo como mi unico dia libre para que el cuerpo descanse, realice este horario para poder tener un orden y de verdad realizar los ejercicios
I read that if you do what you like, you have fun and get less tired, so I can say that if it's true, to do cardio what I did was dance for 43 minutes, the dances I did were from different kpop bands that I highly recommend , and you really do cardio with them
Lei que si haces lo que te gusta te diviertes y te cansas menos, asi que puedo decir que si es cierto, para hacer cardio lo que hice fue bailar por 43 minutos, los bailes que realice fueron de distintas bandas de kpop que los recomiendo muchisimo, y de verdad haces cardio con ellos
And for my abdomen and legs routine I used those of this girl that I found on youtube Link, what I liked about her is that the exercises are not so complicated and the way he explains them. Below I will leave the link of the videos

Como dije estoy empezando practicamente de 0 porque tengo aproximadamente 4 meses sin hacer ejercicio por lo que mi cuerpo me duele y se siente cansando pero es completamente normal. Recuerden no sobreexijirse, si llegan a sentir un dolor fuerte e insiportable tomense ese dia de descanso, y tambien recuerden alimentarse bien y tomar mucha agua, espero que les haya gustado nos vemos en un próximo post.
