Salad is one of the most useful appetizers that people should include in their diet. Salad is rich in fiber and vitamins that should be consumed throughout the day.
In this post, I want to share with you dear ones how to prepare a delicious and useful chicken and vegetable salad that is rich in fiber and vitamins.
ingredients:
Cucumber: 2 pieces
Tomatoes: 2 pieces
Lettuce leaves
Chicken breast: 3-4 pieces
Red beans: 1 cup
Onion: 1 piece
broccoli
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon for grilling
Salt/ white pepper/garlic powder
Salad Sauce ingredients:
Yogurt: Half a cup
Olive oil: one tablespoon
Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
Dill: 2 tbsp
Salt and white pepper and paprika: as needed
How to prepare:
Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper and garlic powder and then grill them (you can fry them).
Wash and chop the broccoli, cucumber, tomato, lettuce
Wash the beans and soak them in water for a few hours, then cook them
Chop the onion
Then mix all the ingredients together
For the sauce: Mix yogurt with olive oil and dill, salt, pepper, paprika and fresh lemon juice and pour over salad.
This salad is nutritious, healthy and at the same time complete
